There's a Train Running Through Stardew

Some good things that ive gotten are ores and geodes. Obviously they were congruent to how far i was in the mines. Like I was in the 40s when a train went by and gave me frozen geodes and had finished the mines when it gave me gold ore. For the most part if you need a few pieces of wood or stone then trains are the place to go. And even then the supply trains only appear every so often and there are other trains that don't give anything. So yeah, unless its like a one off occasion, its not really worth it.

When I first started playing I ran up there once and got a handful of geods, another time I got some coal. I’ve never gotten anything from the Christmas tree train though. The passenger train one doesn’t seem to drop anything either.

Joja, passenger and christmas trains dont give anything.
