I haven't post here in a long while, but this year is... complicated. However, Farmer Robinson still made some (very slow) progresses on his project to relocate to Ginger Island.
First of all, Farmer Robinson completed the Community Center during Winter 1.

He was
very happy to have given such a blow to Joja and he enjoyed the celebration with all his dear fellow inhabitants of Pelican Town (and yes, he took the option so Morris got a mighty uppercut and a free ticket straight to the dentist).

And this day, Farmer Robinson also unlocked the Skull Caverns, which was fortunate as he got a letter from Willy the next day. To his astonishment, Farmer Robinson was introduced to the old ship in Willy's shop... backroom and the possibility to flee to a haven of peace and quietness: the Fern Islands. Unfortunately, the ship was more a ruin than a vessel and Farmer Robinson committed himself to bring all materials to repair it.
The batteries and hardwood were a walk in the park, having been already long prepared. However, the iridium bars took quite a time to get due to a low level of the Fight skill. But finally, everything was gathered and Farmer Robinson decided to leave and settle to the Fern Islands.
That night, his last night on Stardew Valley main land, he sold every thing: crops, forages, artisan goods, minerals, fishes, foods...

In order to settle on Ginger Island, Farmer Robinson took 32 items with him:
- all gold level tools and an iridium fishing pole (7 items)
- a weapon (Galaxy Sword)
- Mixed seeds and flower mixed seeds (2 item slots): these will be used as starter for his crops on Ginger Island
- tea saplings (1 item slot): tea is very important for Farmer Robinson
- coffee bean (1 item slot): coffee is also very important for him, let's hope it won't take to long before he crafts kegs to brew hot beverages
- hop and wheat seeds (2 item slots): pale ale and beer, do they really need to be justified?
- corn seeds (1 item slot): to be able to make oil
- batteries, bat wings, cave jelly and cloths (4 item slots): four of the few materials that can not be obtained on Ginger Island without going back to main land
- mini jukebox (1 item slot): to bring a change with the yet nice music from Ginger Island. It appeared that it was a waste of item slot as mini jukebox is quite easy to craft
- sewing machine (1 item slot): not to be stylish, but at some point it can be a good idea to be able to craft new outfits
- sign of the vessel (1 item slot): when leaving to live (almost) alone on an isolated island, a little help from Yoba can not do harm...
- oak, pine, maple and moss trees seed (4 item slots)
- a workbench (1 item slot)
- a wood chipper (1 item slot)
- tent and cookout kits (2 items slot): well, to be able to live and stay on Ginger Island until the island farm is repaired
- a pirate hat (1 item slot): for the free mead
With all the required materials at hand, Robin and Willy could spend the night together, banging... their hammers onto the hull and nails of the ship. And at dawn, on the earliest lights of day, Farmer Robinson and Willy set sail to the famous and unknown Fern Islands, towards Ginger Island.

That's all for today kids...
