tapper recipe not showing?

i'm forager level 6, but the tapper recipe isn't showing in my recipe book. i'm playing on xbox, if that makes a difference, but i'm very confused on why i don't have a recipe for the tapper.

You only showed the first page of your crafting recipes. That downward arrow tells me there are more pages to it.
