Switch Switch Winter Feast Bug

I just wanted to report a bug. I've been playing on the Switch. I'm in Year 4 and got Demetris as my Winter Feast secret Santa. I've tried three times. The first two I gave him a Strawberry, the third I have him a Diamond. Each time he says thanks and it fades to black. But before it switches over to the player getting the gift the software closes. I have checked for updates and the game is currently up to date.

this just happened to me today too, hopefully it’s fixed in the new update coming soon. apparently it’s been happening since at least 2021. i was looking forward to receiving a gift!
