Windows Sweet gem berry reduced profit margin

When playing with a reduced profit margin set, the Rare Seed still sells for 1000G from the trade cart, but the sale price is slashed according to the setting. All other crops have both the sale price and seed price reduced proportionately. At 25% margins, it actually sells for a loss. This could be addressed in two ways:

- Reduce the price of a Rare Seed like any other seed packet.

- If the intent is to keep the up-front cost of growing Sweet Gem Berry relatively high, the sale price could follow a modified formula that subtracts the 1000G seed price and then multiplies the remainder by the profit margin.

As it is, on reduced profit margin settings it only makes sense to grow two: one for the secret woods and one for the shipment collection. It's not designed to be a bulk crop, but still it's more interesting when there's a profit incentive to grow the limited number of seeds available to purchase.
