Windows Swapping Co-Op host problems

I tried switching the host for a save the me and a friend play on and I ran into some issues. I followed this guide and this guide for reference to the changes I made. Also, There is one cabin and the farmhouse in our save. These are the issues that I have noticed

• Interior layout of the Cabin and Farmhouse have swapped. The Farmhouse has its original furniture like chest and double bed, but has the floor layout of the Cabin. The Cabin has the same furniture but the floor layout of the Farmhouse. For example, you walk into the farmhouse and the same furniture is there, but it has the interior of the cabin.
• Outer appearance of the Cabin changed
• Demetrius asks the new host (me) If I want fruit bats or mushrooms.

Other than those issues everything else seems to be working fine. I've tried swapping <homeLocation> for each player in the save file but that didn't seem to do anything. My questions are what links the player to the interior furniture and can something in the save file change it? why did the exterior appearance of the cabin change? I have included the original save files and post swap save files along with pictures.
*Note: "TheClownTest" is the save file after the swap.
