Issue SV won't launch (SMAPI)

Hey! So, I'm huge on downloading mods for recolors, but a few days ago I ran into an issue I've never had before. Everytime I go to play Stardew (whether I open it on Steam or not) I get a less than a second long pop-up of the SMAPI startup screen and then it autocloses. It opens and closes so quickly I can't even get a screenshot of what it says. I've already done the Steam properties to archive validation and nothing changed. Please, help me out? :(

EDIT: Okay, I managed to get a screenshot. I have no idea what this means though. Do I have the same file twice?

I don't know how that would happen, unless some files were copied from another install or ... something. No idea. Deleting Stardew Valley.deps.json and then verifying your file integrity through Steam might be enough to force download everything again (but you might also just delete the whole folder and reinstall, because what the hell) and then you can reinstall SMAPI by running its Windows installer.
