Add glowstone ring, prismatic shard and six gems to its recipe. And add the effect of six gem rings to it. Maybe it's too strong, so it can get less effects like only getting 5% or 3% for each effect.
Reduce the material of glowstone ring. Make it only need bars, and maybe add refined quartz.
