Windows Stone Owl Glitch...

Hey everyone, I got the Stone Owl statue event on my Joja run on summer 5 year 1 and I noticed the statue spawned behind the fence. I can't seem to find any hidden pathways and I've tried bombing it but it keeps breaking and I have to reset my day anyone know what I can do? Or is there any other path to reach that please let me know!

Can you unlodge it with an upgraded hoe?
Or try one of the movement glitches with the sword or a chair, maybe they can let you through the fence.

Okay! I'll try the upgraded hoe once I get it, I'll respond once I get the hoe and confirm if it works! Thank you for the help.

No clipping glitches I know get you through boundaries like that but I would totally try out the hoe.
