Yeah it does, it's an increase to drop chance that I presume just modifies the 'tile sheet' of the map you're in which will stack with excavator, though I'm not sure if it'll result in a total linear 25% chance increase (as I'm not sure if it does a total overhaul to the tile sheet like the skill excavator does, if it's a secondary check, or something else)
