Switch Stardrops not working. Help needed

I moved Krobus in and got a stardrop.
I reached 100 in the mines and got a Stardrop. I caught every fish and got a Stardrop.I finished the Museum and got a Stardrop. I gave a berry to a statue and got a Stardrop. I purchased a Stardrop from Krobus and the fair. Why does the perfection Tracker say I haven't found them all?

I'm having the same issue. It seems to be a known glitch but I can't find a fix or any mention of when they're planning to fix it.
