Xbox Stardew Valley is broken

Just downloaded the new bug patch update to Stardew Valley. Supposed to have fixed bugs but seems to have added way more instead. Basically almost anything you interact with, especially dehydrators, kegs, and preserve jars, will crash the game. Even if you don’t do anything much, sleeping also crashes the game and doesn’t save any progress. From what I can see on these forums, it seems to be affecting XBox players the most. So if that’s you, I’d just do something els until they come out with a fix. Keep an eye out on X/Twitter for updates.

Update: ConcernedApe has acknowledged this issue and stated an emergency fix is on the way. On Christmas Eve too. Much respect, I hope he has a very happy holiday nonetheless.

Mine is also unplayable. There were a few minor bugs before, but this “bug update” made it infinitely worse. Of course during school break and the holidays 😭😭😭😭

Ah man, my wife and I just got to year 3 in a few days using these and truffle oil. I'm stuck in bed after a serious surgery and this is how we've been spending time. Now there's nothing simple to keep me occupied.

Curious if this patch was tested at all for Xbox consoles, because it COMPLETELY trashed the game on our end. Wish my console wasn't set to automatic updates, I could have avoided this mess. Hope my save file is safe, we put a ton of work into it.
