This might not be a bug but a conscious choice made by the dev. This existed before the 1.5 update. After you pay 50g to play the fishing game and earn Star Tokens
, the fishing sounds, bobber movement, MAX, and HIT! remain the same as usual fishing. However, the '!' above the player's head indicating a fish on the line does not appear.This makes it challenging for me as I often play with my sound off and frankly heavily depend on that
above my head. Without this, I had to solely depend on the bobber movement.If this is meant to make it more challenging then my bad!
