stardew valley expanded won't work

here is my smapi log. but i am new to modding and i tried to play stardew valley with all the mods and it saying that stardew expanded isn't compatible anymore. so i tried to update it but it still won't work. is there something that i'm doing wrong? any feedback is welcomed. it was saying something about the code not working anymore but i don't know what that means.
 
Happened to me Friday, I updated Smapi, everything worked fine after that. If it’s not too late, whatever you do, don’t save until you update smapi. I did, and lost everything in Grand Pa’s shed. The shed was there, but all my seeds, kegs, casks, mayo makers, chests and their contents were gone.
 
Here i got the same problem. but after i updated expanded i get this message
[SMAPI] - Frontier Farm 1.15.7 because it requires mods which aren't installed (FlashShifter.StardewValleyExpandedCP).
[SMAPI] - Grampleton Fields 1.14.42 because it requires mods which aren't installed (FlashShifter.StardewValleyExpandedCP).
Can anyone help me plz
 
i just updated both the expanded mod and SMAPI and it still won't log in with those mods. it still says the same logs. Should i just delete those files and try to download it again? I just don't get what is happening.
