Question Stable shop anytime mod?

Is there a mod, or series of mods, that I can install to shop anytime? I get frustrated that stores close during special events, or that the NPCs that run certain stores are not behind the counter at times. I'd like to order by phone, but it's for browsing only.

Yes, I know of Shop Anywhere, but I'm afraid to use it because of so many unresolved bug reports.
