Coding Help sprite coordinates from png file

really quick question -- i am playing around with recoloring some some sprites in asperite, and am working on learning how to create content packs. i am having trouble finding a way to get the exact tile coordinates for sprites on the Craftables.png file. i have a mac, and i currently have Tiled installed as well as Asperite. i have tried using CowSprite, but when i try to select just one tile it selects a large group.

if anyone could help me out i would really appreciate it! thank you!!
