Windows Sprinkler disappeared two times in Ginger Island

I used the Ginger Island farm to plant a lot of crops, with iridium sprinkler and pressure nozzle. A first time the the sprinkler disappeared. There was no weeds near it, I dit not accidentaly dropped a bomb or hit it with a pick axe. I replaced it but 2 days later I came back on the island and it disappeared again, the same one :(

I saw on forums that this issue occured already in the past but I did not find clear answer about this.

I'm playing through Steam, on Windows PC, game version 1.6.15. Playing with an xobx remote controller.
