Switch Split-screen Shared Sword Cooldown

Activating sword ability by either player 1 or player 2 causes the opposite player's sword ability to go on cooldown and be unable to be used. We are both using the same sword if that helps.

I have switch screen record if wanted.

I was about to report this exact bug.

On my way to check if CD is shared between players regardless of the weapon type used.

Started a new farm since 1.6.

Reproduced on 1.6.9.40 (Switch edition)
