PC Spawn chances for the strange capsule and stone owl

Im playing on the new beach farm and on my third year and i got two of both the strange capsule and stone owl in the same month. I'm not sure if this is intentional (doubt it) but here is a picture of them below. If you want more information ill be glad to assist as best i can.

The patch notes mentioned increased chance of getting those events! From the patch notes-

• The random Stone Owl and Strange Capsule night events are now much less rare.
