The spa seems like it was forgotten.
I feel like we can have a new Guthor like npc manning it and maybe some tourist walking about. There's a train station nearby so it doesn't seem to far fetched to have people come visit just to see the spa.
Now if we really wanted to spice it up, we COULD go all the way with it. maybe you can work there as a expert of the area or something and the better you do the better the spa's rep gets and the more things you can buy/ more npc turists will appear :D
