I don't have anything specific, but celebrating 10 years in Stardew Valley would be a great commemoration, I think.

Maybe a new huge(like 2x Standard Farm size) park, with attractions to go in(nothing special, just for fun), with new SDV branded items etc.
We have Joja Parsnip etc mods, maybe an official Stardew brand without mods?
Nothing too complicated, just simple, but fun to have and to use.
A museum in that new park of the updates, showing paintings etc of how it started, and how it is now.... this one's a lil big, eh? Maybe later on?
Maybe a huge cake to walk in, then a shop with SDV branded cakes, which all villagers love.
Maybe half of these are better for mods, haha XD

Not really in time for 1.7, more likely a big announcement for 1.7 which would be really fun in itself
