Snowstorms in winter

My gf and I were playing the co-op on ps4 and we thought how come we have rainy days and thunderstorms but no snowstorms in winter.

Winter seems to have more artifact spots pop up in general and a snowstorm could leave a significant amount of artifact spots on your farm. Just something to add one more touch of fun and random events to the game.

PS. We should also love to get carrot plants.

There are snowstorms in winter, though. Sure, they don't result in even more artifact spots, but winter already has the number of artifact spots cranked up compared to the rest of the year.

Maybe snow days could give a chill effect. Something like +1 stamina used for every action.

Even better if the effect could be countered by clothing or food.
