Snow transparency option on console

I'd like to propose adding a snow transparency slider on console, like on PC. I've unchecked "show flash effects", but the snow being so prominent and bright is causing me headaches. I hoped messing with my TV's color settings would help a bit, but they don't allow for much customization
Edit: Just an extra bit of info: I am on Xbox
