I just started playing SDV on my Mac. I have downloaded SMAPI. I’ve played a few days and it says it saved. I went to open it up today and it says “no saves to load. But in my backup/save files it’s in there. Im not sure how im supposed to load it? Thanks for the help.

You can try rolling the save back a day. As the savegameinfo file may have corrupted:
