Issue SMAPI Launches With Black Screen

Trying to launch Stardew Valley version 1.6.15 on Windows 11 using SMAPI version 4.3.2. SMAPI seems to run through the startup sequence with 0 errors but then the game opens to a black screen that locks up.

I've gone through all the regular troubleshooting such as restarting, resetting content files, deleting startup_preferences, etc

I've set StardewModdingAPI.exe to use my dedicated gaming graphics card, and it launched once, but never again.

Edit: I've noticed if I delete the startup_preferences file and then immediately launch SMAPI, it will work. But when i close the game and relaunch, it doesn't work.

I've had this exact problem for 2 days, and I finally fixed it. A commenter on a different forum or on Steam, I can't remember rn, suggested going to graphics settings and setting StardewModdingAPI to high resolution. If you don't see StardewModdingAPI on it, press "Add desktop app," find where it is in your game folder, and click it.
