SMAPI keeps coming up as malware

Ive redownloaded and deleted smapi about five times and every time i try to launch stardew my computer says it keeps coming up as malware since the latest smapi update. I play on Mac through steam but its never given me any issues until now and im so oost on what to do

Please go to this website https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Modding:Installing_SMAPI_on_Mac and go to Install and read under until it says change the developer tools to being enabled. Worked instantly for me on Mac os without even restarting/rebooting computer!!!! Hope this helps and happy Stardew Valleying :D.
