Smapi Issues

I'm trying for the first time to install Smapi (Version 4.1.10) and each time I try to launch the game, the log tells me
"Oops! You're running Stardew Valley 1.6.13, but the oldest supported version is 1.6.14. Please update your game before using SMAPI."

Problem is I have the latest version of the game and i cannot find any duplicate copies in my system folders, im playing it on Steam.
I've verified the Integrity of the files, Uninstalled Smapi and Stardew Valley multiple times.
Any advice or Guidance would be appreciated, Thanks :).

Update: I had a friend help me and She helped me fix it !

Instead of Running Smapi through C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley
I went through C:\Users\tyler\Downloads\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley and installed it through their.
Once i was done with that, I redownloaded all of my mods onto the Mods file through my Steam Files and unzipped them into the new "mods"
I then proceeded to run them through StardewAPI Instead of through Steam, and I've had no problems since !
