Hi, SMAPI for android is still in the process of being updated.

From the wiki:

SMAPI on Android isn't updated for Stardew Valley 1.5.6 yet. Mods won't work until it's updated.

See the wiki for more info:

Modding:Installing SMAPI on Android - Stardew Valley Wiki

This page explains how to install SMAPI (the tool which lets you use mods) on Android.
