Hey as it turned out, i had quite some mods to update to a newer version and that was the cause of extreme lag and freeze. After i updated my mods my game ran much faster and there wasn't a freeze. I mean your game will take time if you have as many mods as i do lol. But make sure if anyone else is facing this problem to always update your mods.
