Small but helpful change to the collection screen

For artifacts and gemstones, the description for the item should say whether or not its donated to the Museum

It kind of already does... if an item hasn't been donated that still has to be, it will read "Gunther can tell you more about this if you donate it to the museum." If that message doesn't show up on an artifact or mineral, you know you've already donated it.
