I don't have a screenshot of it but one of the auto names that came up for a cow I was naming was p*cki (* is a) which is a racial slur.
Slur came up when randomising animal name

If it is, there's a difference in the "k". Even then, it seems like a bit of a stretch to connect those 2 points

Fixed in the upcoming Stardew Valley 1.6: if the generated name is Packi or Packie, it'll be replaced with Packina.
I wrote a quick script to get all 46,419 possible names (attached). Unfortunately GPT wasn't very good at spotting offensive words, so we'll need to depend on manual reports.
