Question Skull Cavern door won’t open

All I get is a button with a zero on it. I’m playing Sve with mods. It looks like they’re all updated. It’s a new play through with Frontier farm. I have the key. I restarted. MacBook Pro. I did get in for a few minutes but died on first floor. Haven’t been able to get back in.
