Silly question

Hi, I am new to this game and I absolutely LOVE IT. I have learned so much by reading your posts and Stardew wiki. I have a question that I have not seen anything about or that I just haven't found.
I play on the Switch and sometimes a fish icon or other icons come up on the top right-hand side of the screen I am guessing that it means it's a good time to fish but I don't always know what the other icons are.

Probably after you ate something?

Look for the 'buffs' on the wiki, they have the pictures :)

Basically, some food can make you better at a skill, or faster, while alcohol and monster attacks can slow you down or have negative effects.

Thanks for the info. I looked it up and that's exactly what I was seeing on my screen.
