Issue Significant FPS drop while at the bus.

I'm currently having an issue where my FPS drops significantly every time I go to the bus, but returns to normal once I go out there. I'm unsure which mod is causing this problem. Checking the log hasn't provided any useful information regarding the issue. Here are the log and video links for reference:
