iOS Shrine of illusions crashes the game

First time trying to change my appearance at shrine of illusions after unlocking witch’s hut. Every time i try to pay to change my appearance the game closes and takes me back to my phone home screen. When I try to re-open the game it will either start from where I previously left off or load the last save. Exited and tried loading the game again but game still crashes at shrine of illusions attempt.
Please fix :(
