Rasmodius graduated at the bottom of his class at South Zuzu Upstairs School For Magicians and has been faking it ever since, an example being the broken Return Sceptre he wields from behind his back that he bought from Krobus at a discount because it takes him randomly around town, leaving him to walk back home. The same one he used in our first cutscene with him when he tried to look all cool, the big faker. He only lives in the Valley because Lewis owed his dad a favor and was about to condemn our Grandpa's oldest decrepit Silo before offering it to Razzie as a unique fixer-upper which Robin was happy to move to the furthest point outside of town so she'd never have to see him again.
