Could you consider changing Shane's facial expression in the Saloon after maybe either his 6 or 8 heart event? He quits drinking and becomes happier, but his facial expression is still projecting the state of depression while sipping sparkling water. I am not sure if this fix would require extensive work, but I hope you would consider it. I think Shane is many people's favorite character as he has the greatest story arc which resonances with a lot of us. It could be a tribute to his growth.
