Xbox Shane bugging out and walking through walls

I walked into Marnies shop and Shane was standing in the kitchen but he was stuck in a loop of having a camera out, then coffee and then throwing his arms up in the air like they would do when they were startled, he would then walk through the wall into his room but is standing behind the window and starts going back into a loop of camera, coffee and startled. He also proceeded to walk off screen when I had left and re entered the building. I had closed the game and opened it again but it was still doing it.

Ps5 and just had this happen. Not only did Shane do whatever that is, but Marnie walked through her bedroom wall into the void. Sam stopped showing up, Harvey is nowhere to be found, and no one will leave their house. It's day 2 in my game so I can't enter their rooms/homes. It's made my game unplayable 😭
