Windows Shane bug with his icon

I wanted to talk about a bug in the game that I don't think anyone has discussed, because I haven't seen anyone encounter it
Every time I ask Shane to marry me, his icon breaks, and instead of the correct icon, it shows the icon from the cutscene where he's lying drunk on the cliff, and I don't know how to fix it because I've played the game on a laptop, a computer, different saves, in co-op, and it's always the same, with or without mods (the screenshot shows that I just gave him a mermaid pendant to marry him). I`m playing on Russian language and on Windows, my game is on Steam.

Already did and nothing changed. I tried to delete the game and install it again, still nothing :(

I don't know for sure, but I went into the game and turned on English, and I didn't encounter this bug, which usually occurs when Shane gives breakfast to the farmer

i dont have a problem with playing on english i just dont want to reinstall my mods lol

then there is probably something wrong with the Russian translation. Hopefully, it can get fixed soon.
