Set of cheap tools in the Clint's shop

After 1.5 update you can't use full set of starting tools from cabin (in singleplayer) because dresser with them was completely removed To bad , i used that trick all the time since 1.4 , but not anymore ... Why Clint not sell cheap tools per 25g (yea, like training fishing rod from Willy) to help survive the upgrade i wonder ? Or lend you them for free on two day while he upgrade yours tools ? That would be very helpful .

Replacement tools would be handy and would work with my suggestion here:

I suppose the reasoning behind it is to purposely inconvenience the player during the upgrade process.
