In multiplayer, we accidentaly rode a horse and opened the house door at the same time and this sent us into the void
We were able to replicate it but did not try it in solo
The map said we were on the north west section of the farm (not out of bounds)
edit : the game is not modded, we're on the latest patch of the xbox launcher and we were able to reproduce it with both controller and keyboard
reloading the game to start the day again 100% fixed the issue and we did not try to tp out of the shadow realm (yes I had a totem I should have tried)
