Since 1.6, I'm getting the secret note "Someone is waiting for you on level 100 of Skull Cavern" long before I've gotten to floor 25. In fact I've gotten it prior to even reaching the bottom of the regular mines and gaining access to Skull Cavern (or repairing the bus for that matter). I don't think this is what was intended. Another small bug that I hoped might be fixed in 1.6, which was present in 1.5, is that although Sam asks you what he should write a song about, no matter what you answer, he always writes a song about "farming, mining, and chopping wood." Maybe he just decided to do it that way, but it seems like your answer is supposed to count for something since you have that as one option.
