SDVE on certain saves

I recently downloaded SDVE but I only want to play it on a new save, how do I make it so it doesn't change my other saves?

You can just move it in and out of your mod folder if you want to play on a save that you want to stay unmodded. You can also load StardewValley through the application in the game folder to play without mods and load StardewValleyAPI to play with mods.
