CLARIFICATION: you can join anytime you want, even if we are in the middle of a round, or halfway through the contest, even if we're on round 3 you can still join, there is a different winner for each round (unless someone wins every round lol!) So feel free to join anytime!!​

Hey artists! this thread is for the unofficial SDV weekly forum art championship!
once a month the talented artists of the sdv forums gather to have a 2 to 3 round match (friendly of course) the top three winners will get a trophy! (Trophy includes: bragging rights, and a spot on the winner list you see above!!) Every match has a different theme and the artist is given 7 days to complete the first round, round two has a time limit of 5 days and round three is also 5 days to complete!
The theme will be announced on this thread ofc also there will be a conversation created consisting of the participants! If you would like to participate! Please tell me by a comment on this thread!

So I decided I might give it a try! It's not the best, the perspective is all wrong, and it looks like he's flaring his nostrils lol! But still the best drawing of a person I've made to this day lol! Here it is!!

It's not exactly what the prompt called for but I hope I still stuck to the theme :' D
I've been curious about Sandy since I saw her pixel portrait, so it surprised me that she's not a mer-/octofolk or anything because that dress and those locks of hair... very different than the other villagers. Maybe it's a testament to being a front of a casino, on the other hand we never got to see her sprite moving; does she or does she not have feet??
Still though, I think it's sweet of her to love the simple things that remind her of Stardew Valley, it's very relatable to me as a foreigner living in another country. Krobus and the traveling cart merchant are my runner up faves.

Here's my entry for ROUND two! Also I messed up because I used a ink pen, and I taped over it, and the only tape I had was washi tape lol! I was inspired by @estewanini and @Quillmagic s thread about Pierre selling had cheese!

Ok, despite my initial distaste of his anime super saiyan-wannabe hair and my attraction to Shane and Sebastian, this boy eventually won me out with his charm (I'm a sucker for that wholesome sweet vanilla stuff yeaugh). So here's Sam jammin' on his old unobtainable club weapon guitar (he misses his farmer despite having seen her a few minutes ago ).
