iOS saved game error

When I go into the saved game, it appeared like this. I can’t do anything except zoom in and zoom out.What should I do?

I often get bugs like this try to click on any thing your character can appear or interact on in this case maybe door , horse or the entrance to the town / mountain etc.

I get this too, though I just restart my day and not load up the Backup save (which is quite buggy lately).
