Rotate Furniture

There are some furniture items that could be able to be rotated around to 'fit' (look better) in a room, a couple examples being the telephone and some of the rugs/mats*.
*Also, adding more designs in general to rugs/mats especially different larger rugs.

Been wanting this for so long. I wish furniture could be rotated in all the cardinal directions. Would give a lot more freedom in decorating.

I agree, also bringing back the ability to rotate dressers which I think was removed in 1.6 (for no real reason? feels a bit odd)

I've rotated dressers in 1.6-1.6.3. Haven't tried it yet in 1.6.5. Are you sure it's a 1.6 issue and not a bug you're experiencing?

Ooh may have been a 1.6.0 issue as I've basically only played that patch, I'm glad it seems to work in later patches, I'll go myself and test, could have been a bug for me but I did notice other users having the same issue so I assumed it was a patch issue.
