Ok here's an idea , another town that has a rivalry with the town of stardew valley , maybe this other town would have it's own special events , npc's , items , crop seeds , and animals .
Maybe the special events in the other town would be holiday that uuhhh they celebrate like saint Patrick's day or cinco de Mayo , or a competition between the towns like baseball or bobsledding .
Maybe the items you get could be like a uuhhmmm a new kind of crab pot that can catch new kinds of crab pot fish or something or a monochromatic shared ( I really don't know what would be the opposite of prismatic , monochromatic is the best I could find , sorry ) .
maybe the new crops or crop seeds we could get could be a squash , squash seeds or a red sweet potatoes , red sweet potato seeds .
The animals we could get could be a red chicken , a solar chicken , a black goat , red cows , black sheep , silver chickens and yaks .
As for the new npc's in this other town maybe some of them are the opposite of the regular npc's in Stardew , maybe instead of the Mayor of the other town being old he/she is young , maybe instead of a bus driver who has a daughter who wants to be a teacher there's a construction worker has a son who wants to be a cop or a lawyer or something .
