Issue Ridgeside valley NPC's

So im like somewhat new to modding i recently(today) downloaded the 'ridgeside valley' mod and all of the requirements aswell, i got the lenny cutscene and a richard cutscene the cable carts andthe whole ridgeside valley is there but i cant find any of the NPC's whenever i load up stardew (through steam) and smapi shows up it will go through all my mods but atthe end in yellow it'll tell me something about not having 'tokens' for ridgeside i cant really remember what it says exactly and im unable to open stardew atm as my brother (the owner of the steam account) is using it so does anyone have an idea of why this is?
