Returning to a Beautiful and Peaceful Hometown

It's amusing at times visiting the old stomping grounds. See a rocky slope in a creek I played in as a kid (our "rock slide") that seemed absolutely huge then, but just a little tiny drop off.
Sad at times. I'll never again be able to fish out bream and minnows with my grandfather again. Hike down the river bank to the fishing spots that he swam in as a kid to catch catfish.
It may be sad being long gone, but the small town was some of my happiest moments in life. Will forever be my true home.
Gotta admit, there's a tinge of jealousy, but I'm so happy @Operator CT02 that you got to see it again.
