Is there a way to somehow get notified of the second restock? I keep randomly checking online a few times a week lol I would LOVE to back a Kickstarter or something!

If you go to https://shop.stardewvalley.net/ and scroll to the very bottom of the page, there's a spot to enter an email. I would imagine they'll send out a notification when the game is back in stock.
